Thanksgiving Day Prayers and Football

Mary Fairchild compiled Thanksgiving Traditions and Trivia. The most tasteful ingredients are:
- Bible Verses for Thanksgiving to assist you in giving thanks and praise
- Thanksgiving Football as an important part of many Thanksgiving Day celebrations in the United States

It was announced that the Goo Goo Dolls will hit the field for United Way, the Detroit Lions and National Football League during the Thanksgiving Day Halftime Show as part of the Lions vs. Green Bay Packers game at Ford Field November 22 at 12:30 p.m. (ET) on FOX. The Goo Goo Dolls will perform “Better Days” and “Stay With You” from their recently released new album The Goo Goo Dolls Greatest Hits Vol. 1 - The Singles.
"Better Days" is merely a Christmas song,

Cuz everyone is forgiven now
Cuz tonight's the night the world begins again
